Book a demo and we'll walk through Atom with you and talk about how your team works. There's no sign-up form: once you pick a plan, we create your organization and its first owner account. From there, your owners and admins add everyone else, and each person gets an email link to set their own password.

Atom uses words your team already uses: assigned, in progress, in review, completed. Every task shows whose move it is and what happens next, so someone opening a task for the first time can see what to do.

On plans that allow extras, yes: extra users and extra storage are added to your existing plan. You can also move to a bigger plan as you grow. Switching a module off never deletes its data.
