It runs on the web and in native iOS and Android apps.

Yes. Each person can switch on customize mode, pick an element such as a status chip or a dashboard card, give it a colour from a curated palette or their own, preview it live and save it to their account. Any area can be reset, and theme presets like Cool, Warm, Minimal and Dark are a starting point. Customizations are personal; they don't change what your colleagues see.

Atom has an optional assistant, ATOM AI. It can answer questions about your projects, tasks, files, calendar and finance, summarise chats and meetings, help you write, and carry out actions like creating a task, always through the same permission checks as the person asking. It isn't part of a standard plan: we switch it on for your workspace and it runs on AI credits bought as an add-on.

Yes, without joining your workspace. Invite a contractor or consultant to a single project: they see only the tasks assigned to them and the files you share, and can message your team. With Finance, each client can get a portal showing only their own projects, invoices and payments. You can withdraw either at any time.

Plans are priced per organisation, per month, in Indian rupees, with taxes as applicable. Each plan sets which modules you have, how many people can use Atom and how much file storage you get; Organization and Projects & tasks are always included. The pricing page shows the current plans and prices. Larger organisations get an Enterprise quote.

Yes. Atom has native apps for iOS and Android covering tasks, projects, chat, leave, calendar, files, notes and attendance check-in. You can also sign in to Atom on the web by approving the sign-in from your phone.

Each organization's data is kept separate, every action is checked against the person's permissions on the server, and accounts can be protected with two-factor authentication. Private files live in a separate private store, and deleted files stay restorable for 30 days. Data is hosted in India (Mumbai) and Singapore. The security page covers the details.

Not today. Atom doesn't sync with other chat, task or accounting tools. It's built to replace them, putting projects, conversation, leave and invoicing in one place so nothing has to be copied between systems.
