Prices are per organisation, per month, taxes as applicable. Buying, changing and cancelling a plan are covered by our billing and refund policy and terms of service.

Change plans safely

  • Switching a module off never deletes its data. Switching it back on restores it as it was.
  • Anyone allowed to manage workspace settings can switch off a module the team doesn't use.
  • If a subscription ends, the workspace moves to the base plan instead of disappearing.

How much does Atom cost?

Plans are priced per organisation, per month, in Indian rupees, with taxes as applicable. Each plan sets which modules you have, how many people can use Atom and how much file storage you get; Organization and Projects & tasks are always included. The pricing page shows the current plans and prices. Larger organisations get an Enterprise quote.

Can we add people or storage later?

On plans that allow extras, yes: extra users and extra storage are added to your existing plan. You can also move to a bigger plan as you grow. Switching a module off never deletes its data.

Is there a free trial?

Not a self-serve one. Every workspace is set up by our team, so the way to try Atom is to book a demo and tell us what you want to test it on.

How do we get started?

Book a demo and we'll walk through Atom with you and talk about how your team works. There's no sign-up form: once you pick a plan, we create your organization and its first owner account. From there, your owners and admins add everyone else, and each person gets an email link to set their own password.

Does Atom connect to the tools we already use?

Not today. Atom doesn't sync with other chat, task or accounting tools. It's built to replace them, putting projects, conversation, leave and invoicing in one place so nothing has to be copied between systems.

Will it fit our working week and holidays?

Yes. Your organization sets its working days, its working hours as two sessions with a break, its holidays and its leave types. Leave is then counted in working days only, and half days and hourly leave are charged correctly against each person's balance.
