What may not be stored, shared or done with Atom, and how to tell us when it happens.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to every customer organization and every person using Atom, including anyone opening a public Drive link. It is part of our Terms of Service.
2. Content you must not store or share
- Anything unlawful, or that you have no right to store or share.
- Material that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Malware, or files designed to harm devices or data.
- Child sexual abuse material, or content that sexualizes minors.
- Content that threatens, harasses or incites violence against anyone.
- Personal data you have no lawful basis to process, including data about employees or candidates collected without the notice the law requires.
3. Things you must not do
- Try to reach a workspace, record or file you have not been given access to, or get around permissions, plan limits or rate limits.
- Share your account, or sign in as someone else.
- Probe, scan or load-test Atom, or look for vulnerabilities, without our written permission. If you find a security issue, report it to us instead.
- Scrape Atom, or access it by automated means other than the apps and interfaces we provide.
- Interfere with Atom's operation or other customers' use of it.
- Use public Drive links to distribute unlawful material, spam or malware, or to host files for people outside your organization's legitimate business.
- Resell or sublicense Atom without our agreement.
4. Reporting misuse
To report abuse, a public link that should not be public, or a security issue, write to contact@occulus.in. Include the link or describe where the content is, and what is wrong with it.
Copyright and other rights
If you believe content shared through Atom infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to contact@occulus.in with:
- your name and contact details;
- the work you own, and the link or location of the infringing content;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you own the right or are authorized to act for its owner, with your signature.
Content in a workspace belongs to the customer organization. We may pass your notice to it, and the person who shared the content may respond.
5. What we do about breaches
Depending on how serious a breach is, we may ask the customer to fix it, remove or disable the content, revoke public links, or suspend a person or workspace. Where we can, we contact the workspace's administrators first. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.
